C. very warm water

Tbs. yeast (I like to use the instant
variety yeast)
1/3 c honey
1/3 c. oil
2
eggs
1/3 C. potato flakes
4
C. whole wheat flour or you can use
all white flour

Tbs. salt
Rest
of flour
Dissolve
yeast if regular or if instant add with the rest of ingredients. Make
a sponge with all ingredients down to salt. Use bread mixer or hand
held beaters. Let rest about 10 min.
Add remaining flour as needed
to make soft dough. Knead on floured board or with mixer to
soft
dough. Let rise, punch down.
Shape into 4 loaves. Rise to double.
Bake
at 350E until nicely brown. When the baking aroma
is overwhelming
that is a sign bread is done.
